I'd really love a full playthrough with everyone chilling on a couch like some of the good ole let's plays. I know they don't always get the view numbers but I think a full Elden ring dlc lets plays in the same style as the rdr and resi ones would be awesome to watch.

12:40 the scorpions there and thinking they were spiders at first made me remember the "fun" fact that scorpions are also arachnids, and have eight legs: they're basically DPS spiders and I...don't know how I'm gonna deal with having that knowledge.

Defeated two major bosses, got my ass _absolutely_ kicked (Andy did significantly better than me, on one of those bosses), and I wouldn't have it any other way. Uncovering secrets for the first time, purely through the help of players' messages...it's just like the launch day of _Elden Ring,_ all over again, which is exactly what I've been asking for - and, with legacy dungeons that feel like they're improving upon the base game's (which were already some of From Software's finest creations), to boot. There's one area that completely blew my mind, there's a smaller fight in the first area that I think might be one of my favourite enemy encoun-God, I've got so many thoughts already, so I hope this won't be the only _Shadow of the Erdtree_ video, on the channel! Oh, and of course, the fashion...man, the _fashion._

So after the stream, I cooked and ate some dinner. Then I went back into the realm of shadows. After about 40 minutes I found Messmer, in what seemed a shockingly easy spot to reach, and thought, oh maybe he isn't the the ultra boss, maybe just a trailer red herring. ..... Then he curb-stomped me in about 15 seconds before I had done 2% of his damage.

i think they nerfed the flat damage of the mimic but i've been through new game+ and leveled a lot of weapons, including all katanas and the nagakiba (which has bleed+frostbite) along with the mimic helped me melt Rellana; status weapons should be fine with mimic.

Rosie from PlayStation Access said she was around level 194 when she started the DLC and even she struggled with a few bosses. It sounds like quite the difficulty curve.

After around level 150 you don't really get stronger anymore. Each level after that only offers bigger build variety. That was already noticeale in the last quater of the base game. The DLC is about the same difficulty, I'd say.

Oh and just realized a list video you could do but haven't. Video games that let you drop insane distances without dying. Specifically monster hunter world from the top of the tree to the ground drop in ancient forest. In dark souls one the 4 kings, in dark souls 3 ashes of ariendel and ringed city have huge falls with no damage, Elden ring dlc now has one but no spoilers on what or where since it just released, and I suppose prototype lets you not just fall from up high but ground slam while you do it lol.
