Great list, only thing I’d change is I’d have BB at 1, one of the most buffable weapons in the game, crazy WA, and what puts it over the edge is the healing….it heals you..:the crazy strong OP weapon HEALS YOU lol

I've been enjoying the gargoyles blackblade recently. Don't think it's op or anything just works well when I use it. Godslayer great sword would be a good honorable mention. It's weapon skill is really satisfying. The naginata is a terrifyingly effective weapon. I find myself constantly coming back to it. It really is old reliable and very beautiful to use as well. Ordovis' greatsword also has a special place in my heart for being the only normal looking golden greatsword. Not to mention a simple but effective weapon skill that always slaps. Wing of astel is such a dope caster weapon. I had so much fun throwing a bunch of blue spells at my enemies just to finish them off with blue magic slices when they got close. So many fun weapons in this game half my time spent playing is just deciding what weapon to use next.

For me godskin stitcher is one of my favourite weapons in this game, just love heavy thrusting swords and being able to put flame strike or glint stone pebble feels great on it for pvp

I recently started runs with the Reduvia. That one is silly broken in PvE, as you can get it literally in the first few minutes. Then you ride to Iji, buy the four somber smithing stones, that will give you hell of an early game advantage.

My number 1 weapons is the falling star beast jaw. Did 5 play through sand it’s always my go to. Very fast and strong weapon art. Good poise and easily opens enemies up to criticals

This is a pretty good list. Also I'd recommend talking closer to a normal volume, you're practically yelling and its clipping your mic. The Blasphemous Blade reminds me of the comic book version of All-Black the Necrosword. I still haven't beaten the game yet since I kept not knowing what I want to be for a build, and my first playthrough I'm trying to find and explore as much as I can instead of just running through and only doing what I need.

Fallingstar Beast Jaw was not only one of my most satisfying boss fights after it kicked my ass so many times, but made it all the more satisfying to beat the last 50 hours or so the game with it as my main weapon being a trophy of that fight. The gravity lightning art was brutal to distribute

I keep going back and forth between Blasphemous Blade and Blood Fang. The Blood Fang just does so much damage with blood flame or holy buff, I go to it. But the special L2 move on Blasphemous just annihilates. Good video. I’m about half way through game..

The Magma Blade is slept on prob b/c it's so hard to get, but it's such a good weapon, especially if you're insane like me and farm 2 for the power stance.

With a Strength/Faith build the Blasphemous Blade is OP AF! Bolt of Gransax sniper mode is like nothing else in the game... Speaking of Strength/Faith, the Godslayer Greatsword is fantastic, the ash of war and it's follow up is devastation if you can land all of them.

Godslayer's GS is more dex/faith than strength/fait. Its strength scaling is pretty bad, especially for a colossal sword. But yeah it's an amazing weapon, and I had a lot of fun playing as a Godskin, using only their gear and spells, as well as, well, the sword. Pretty strong build, actually.

I used an arcane build to rush the platinum trophy and yeah mimic tear + Mohg’s sacred spear stunlock one shots almost everything in the game. The only exception are bleed immune, fire resistant bosses (Mohg’s illusion). With the faith for rot breath the game turns into a great enemy felled simulator

Dude I love summoning my mimic to distract bosses then using Mohg’s spear to absolutely shred through health bars. It’s such an underrated and busted weapon. I’ve beat like quite a lot of bosses with it. Even Mohg himself lol. And yes, he is weak to bleed. Ironic.

Came back to this game after awhile and what happened to the bloodhounds fang, I came back and beat the final boss/bosses with it in 2023 after giving up on the final boss a while ago because was tired of the game after beating meliana.

Mohgwyn Sacred Spear is one of the best but during the special effect you are completely exposed to the attack. It's good to use different types of weapons on different enemies, I've recently liked the Starscourge Greatsword has a comparable high damage to the Sacred Spear but the difference is Special attack is divided into two phase in the first phase, the opponent is pulled and distracted, so the player is better protected against further damage during Special attack. I would also give the Dark Moon Graetsword a little higher ranking because it is a very good weapon against a strong opponent because after 3 successful attacks it will stun the enemy even the biggest bosses. Otherwise a very good list and good work

Nice video. I’ve tried most of these but 250 hours in I still can’t beat the game. Hard stuck on Melania and a beast champion after a mini boss on a horse. Can’t even beat the mini boss before it. I just run past and get instant killed by his ground blades when I try to summon.

I can confirm Rivers of Blood is still OP. Me and my mimmic tear beat Melania’s 2nd form in no joke less than 5 seconds and level 130. About to start a Journey 2 with a harder build I think.

Out of all of these, which would work best against Malenia? She’s the only demigod I have left to kill before I take on Radagon, finishing my second playthrough. For my last couple attempts, I’ve been using the godskin peeler and every black flame incantation I have but it’s still not enough. Any recommendations would help, thank you.

You guys should try this build for the scavenger curved sword 50 vigor 23 mind 22 endurance 24 strength 50 dexterity 20 intelligence 15 faith 60 arcane blood build level 185 very op n use rotten sword insignia Millicent's prothesis lord of blood talisman white mask raptor black feathers does about 12,500 damage+ and have seppuku bloodhounds step I do reccomend

One thing i dont see a single youtube notice or mention is that the darkmoon grratsword is the staggering queen of every weapon in this game. A colossal using lions claw or stamp upwards deals 45 stagger damage, meanwhile a charged R2 that actually landed the sword deals fucking 68. (32 from the charged attack plus 35 from the charged projectile) i can stagger giants with one charged attack, and most bosses with two. Its insane how much stance damage this weapon does if used properly, too bad everyone only uses the projectile from range and never realize that

I think a weapon your missing is the Maria’s executioner sword because you can’t tell me it isn’t so cool to hit someone or a boss with the weapon art and it just hits them eight times after you are done swinging

That’s why I made the rule at the start of the video I could easily put that at number 2 but I think for a seppuku build the curved sword is a better choice, remember the rule I made cause the god skin peeler on its own is good but it shines when you add bleed which is why I tried to make the list fair but not adding bleed to every weapon, hope that clears the confusions I agree tho it is a very good weapon
