OP?? Nothing in the DLC is OP, including Swift Slash. The only reason PVP players say anything is OP is because they don't max their stats and run cookie-cutter "meta" PVP builds. I had a guy invade me, I'm level 570, and his Swift Slash tickled my character and I proceeded to parry the hell out of him spamming. Yes, you can parry Swift Slash.
