Honestly the phase 1.5 where he flees and lets his grafted abomination do the fighting for him really fits with his character and personality. The only criticism I have is at the end with all the visual noise inside the fire tornado, aside from that, this is what the Godrick fight should have been in the base game.

Need a prime fortissax mod. He was called “the mightiest boulderstone” before he got deathblighted and became weak. Imagine fighting that monster of an ancient dragon said to be a cut above the rest.

Its cool but holy shit that permanent fire tornado needs to straight up get removed. The him summoning a grafted scion thing is cool but I feel like if ur gonna do it once you might as well either lean into it more or dont do it at all, the moveset changes are cool tho

Just make the aoe tornado bigger and lower the brightness. I get that the tight circle is part of the challenge, but like pcr it hurts ny eyes too much. That's my only issue tbh tho, the rest if the changes are pretty cool. Like a NG+ version of Godrick

Cool mod, also i just realized that godrick is the only boss that has voices during his attacks... There is video about some youtuber that stated one of the flaw of elden ring is the absent of enemy voices on their attack

I really like that he uses the power of the storms for mobility, even if I'm not a fan of bosses that puts your camera upwards though their attacks (or just because of their lockon point like Star Scourge Radahn). That's NG+ Godrick if he locked in

My brother and I think this guy should’ve been the ultimate boss. Imagine, Gideon is a pawn of Godrick, and is slowly adding each of demigod’s flesh and power onto the grafter himself. “I command thee, kneel!” Never gets old

I think the constant fire tornado at the end is not very good because is WAY too visually polluting. I think there was something else that could be done if they really wanted to give him a phase 3. Im suprised he didnt get any holy based attacks at all, maybe buff his weapons like the scions.
