The NPC's look horrible because they're typically randomized and twealed slightly. Especially that one Anvil guard I came across that was unfortunate to appear like his upper lip was stapled to his nose. You can make your character look normal if you don't go aggro on the sliders

+Sassy Celestial Dragon Make athletics a major skill or just use cheats to change it to 30. There's fast travel to most areas in the map, silt striders, boats, gondolas in vivec. The two spells Divine intervention and the other one that's like almisivi intervention or something (been a while), if you asked NPCs for advice though you'd know this.

@@pone5953 I know that there are certain ways to fast travel to places. The problem is, even GETTING to the silt strider post bores me to fecking tears. It takes a whole 40 seconds just to walk there. And it piles up over time. And I like exploring in open world games, just going to some random direction and see what hidden quest I may find. In Morrowind, that is completely out of question because it takes way too darn long. And I tried cheating myself some speed but then I just felt... wrong. Enemies couldn't hit me because I was too fast. I just stopped playing altogether.
