You can't help but admire the elderflower. It's so delicious, it smells wonderful and those tiny little flowers are so sweet. Literally! One of our favorites is the elderflower syrup. In this video I share my best recipe with you.
There is a mistake in my video. If you find it, you get a virtual high five ;)
What you need:
elderflowers (25 bigger or 30 smaller ones)
1 lemon
100g sugar for the caramel
as many kilos of sugar as there is juice (for 25-30 flowers you will need 3-4 kilos)
citric acid
clean glass bottles (In the end, there was about 5 liters of syrup)
