Elderly Day Care Centre users welcome the service provided

​The Care Agency’s Elderly Day Care Centre at Waterport, aims to provide specific interaction and stimulation for senior citizens. Users, some who live alone, say they enjoy the sessions and activities on offer, especially the social element these provide.
The Centre caters for different needs, with the latest initiative seeing the users integrate with young children for Halloween. They will be celebrating the occasion with pupils from Waterbabies nursery, with some special creations crafted and some fun activities planned.

so as we have seen the psychological problem is much greater than the physical one, and also it has great influence on increasing the former problem. so it had started psychological and then ended physical problem.

I could count the number I went to hospitals in one hand and I have spent more than 15 years with no visit to any hospital because food servings is the real pills of ones' health.

the good news, the body cells could rebuild in all ages and that's knowledge time but it is not that fast (for example bones take about five years with slow and safe work) skin is no less but most about six months to a year to rebuild.
