She was kidnapped and kept in a hole in a tunnel. The only reason the terrorists had a paramedic and doctor is that a well hostage is better propoganda than an Ill or dead hostage. You make it sound like she was at an all inclusive holiday being treated amazingly by staff. And also if you took time to read the link at the top it covers the full story.
