Sad in a way how everything is left abandoned after she passed away. Looks like the lot size is pretty decent. Maybe someone can pack up her things so more memories can be made with a different family.

I also want to say, from a nature aspect it's worrisome how the bumblebees will respond to their home being cut-down. Same for snakes, baby bunnies, birds and more.
@Laurazzz612 жыл бұрын
Also Erik, when these abandoned homes go back to the mortgager or family or the county in foreclosure(lack of paying taxes) SOMEONE IS BEING PAID TO MAINTAIN this unsightly property. You should submit a bill to whomever is the responsible party/parties. Just Saying, Laura from Columbus

IDK how many ppl offered then she refused. No proof of that. This guy did it then some. It would have cost a small fortune. If she could have even found a company to figure it out. There is a special place in Heaven for him and the lawn mower was his gift. He did an awful lot with it. Decent humans wheel their tools for good. They are not famous and besides what it cost he gave his time. More than most do he gave his time! It was hard work and he gave so much more than others he didn't throw money at it. He gave his time which is so personal and precious! He is a Rockstar!

You know , common sense is that if you have a vacant home next door and nobody is caring for, you should take the initiative and at least keep it cut. This not only helps the neighborhood it also protects you and your home values. Once a home goes abandoned and unkept soon another will follow. Do your part people, you don’t have to be told what you know needs to be done.Nobody does any type of good deeds anymore. What’s wrong with America.

I have no idea why cities wait so long to deal with this. At the end of the first yr for unpaid taxes they should inquire about the status of the property. If it wasn't left to someone they should auction it off. They wait like 3 yrs to do anything and by that time the property has suffered sometimes to the point of collapsing. We have a housing shortage and some of that could be easily cleared up before it gets to this point. It's ridiculous.
