I watch to learn and for the progress you make, creative solutions. There are days you are in miserable, soggy cold, when things break, etc. and all you can do is sort, adapt, keep going. It is o.k. Your work on that rough roof is still going to make a lot of difference on function, stability and the eye appeal of the home. Hope they get to do the other side of the roof and all the paving. Would be an enjoyable difference. Interesting problem with glass tiles causing fit problems and dangers of damages. Haven't seen that before. Branches blocking a roof access, have seen earlier. Now, as you add gardening skills to your tool kit, you would be able to add on the cost of taking out branches, etc. to a roof cleaning job. You did work until dark again. The roof reminds me of "having character", all the multitude of colors and variations actually is interesting. Glad you were able to improve the roof's longevity and aid the owners in creating a place that is renewed.

Wow, what a fantastic result. Those were pretty old tiles on the main roof and the small roof so not surprising there were a few broken ones. It looked as if it had been patched up a few times already! The side building had newer looking tiles and presumably it had been redone when the roof was converted. Given the amount of moss on that last roof they were lucky not to have more damage. I’m amazed they didn’t clear the greenery before you did the cleaning. I’d have been much less grumpy about having to cut it all back than you were!! Good on you for clearing up so much mess at the end - it looked considerably cleaner than before you started! Great job as always Nick. Please stop worrying about pleasing a few moaners - just be your authentic self and we will love you for it. If people want peaceful and happy they can easily turn off the volume and just watch the transformation. For me it’s the real day to day job that is as interesting as the cleaning effect. Yes the sparkling clean results are great but so is the rest. I hope you didn’t catch the lurgy off your children! Have a great week xx 💕

Hi Nick, smashing job, gorgeous house. Was just up to get Christmas decorations as ordered to do so by the lady of the house, found a huge section of felt has punched through, now saying this it was like this when we bought the house, always dry but as said was just up there and the section right under it is wet, so I'll be doing a repair very soon. I just hope no tiles are broken on the outside and it was just the wind pushing the rain through at an angle
