The original version has a little more going on instrumentally- strings, percussion, etc.- this was a stripped back version and still beautiful (her voice and the lyrics are amazing enough!) but just mentioning in case you want to check it out sometime, it’s very cool.

I am close to do a second reaction on Ride from Lana... I have somehow the feeling i am still short on what she and her song holds in wisdom and lifes heart beat! I will listen to the original version for sure.

She is very good at painting the picture with her lyrics. I can always see exactly the scene she sings about. The album version is top shelf too.
