Adding this to my wish list. So many people were complaining when the trailer launched saying it was a copy of this or that and I honestly couldn’t care less. It looks good, performs well and sounds great. It’s just so refreshing to see a game that doesn’t crash at launch nowadays, good for the devs!

The retry mechanic seems so quick, that’s awesome. Such an interesting game with only bosses, and the pixel art looks beautiful. Another one to wishlist haha

Soulslikes are my favorite genre but I was hesitant about buying this one hearing that it was strictly a boss rush game. I'm elated to hear that there's a little more to it. I'll be picking this one up as soon as I'm able.

I was able to navigate out of the controller select bug by holding the triggers down for a bit and waiting, a bit finicky but might be a way around without a reset

I’ve been waiting for another good 2D souls like adventure. And it has a physical version?! Im all in. I would say the only draw back for me would be the fact that there isn’t any smaller enemies. I suppose you can’t ask for everything, plus the bosses look awesome enough to warrant a play through.

These games just prove that it's gameplay over graphics all day long, im an old Skool gamer / collector 30 yrs now, we remember when games were hard with no rewind button & restart again from beginning but it made you better & be more cautious in your approach, every enemy has an attack pattern & weak spot, you have to work it out & find it, we all seem to be craving Demon/Dark Souls types & the challenge as most of us remember, you show this to most young gamers there not interested as it don't have brilliant graphics or it's not Call of Duty, but us old timers know you don't judge a book by it's cover , ordering now 👍

I've been eyeballing this game when it was first announced for PC. I was excited to see it coming to the Switch. I'm ecstatic that performance did not take a hit. But judging by the pixel graphics, I honestly didn't expect it to. I'm glad the audio is as good as it is. I'll probably be waiting for somewhere around a 50% discount before picking this up, my backlog is already big enough, I can wait for a sale. That and I'm a cheap-ass.
