i think some cards that could be replaced for better options, but i respect that u probably play the most pure version. Also 60 cards version actually does a better job rigth now in my opinion, i have been playing eldlich for 2 years at least and i think that the best way to play in current meta is 60 cards grass eldlich

You are right, a 60 card deck is probably stronger. I like the higher chance of drawing hand traps in a 40 card deck. Without handtraps i feel pretty helpless going second. But i will try a 60 card deck in the future.
