Perfect! I can never tell whether those Go North East "The Angel" double decks, are Volvo B7TLs or Wright Streetdecks. They look more or less identical. Love the Toonlink bus, livery artwork's really cool and oh my god - rare sight of a MAN 18.220!

Most of the time I have to look that sort of stuff up lol. Ian knows loads of them and can recognise them really easily but I tend to doubt myself lol

Definitely a better location for Eldon Square arrivals - gives you both sides of the bus moving/turning at slower speeds, plus reversals off the lower stands in the bus station. Only down side is you don’t get Haymarket arrivals as well, but they can be done separately I guess

That was my thinking, John. Further up I'm always getting nice shots of the buses leaving Haymarket but not that happy with the buses entering Elson Square. Also shooting at the exit to Eldon Square is problematic. Hence giving this spot a go.
