ELDORA SPEEDWAY USAC Midgets At The FASTEST TRACK OF THE YEAR! TmezTv RMS Racing 7x

Welcome to Tmeztv today we go to Eldora Speedway the Fastest Track we take the RMS Racing 7x too all year! USAC Midget racing as always. We miss the gear and don’t qualify so well but pick up a heat race win and made some speed. Had a quick talk with Taylor Reimer and start the Main out with some traction but somehow loose air in the right rear tire and fall back after feeling like I was on the verge of sticking it into the fence on the curb. With another night to go we collected some notes and make a charge the next night. That video comes out Wednesday at 6 EST!

Had some camera issues but got it all worked out for some crazy footage to come in the next Eldora Video. The gps on the GoPro was acting up probably bc there is no service there. I’m trying to find some footage with the mph on there but it’s been hard to get anything

Eldora is definitely not for the faint of heart! I feel like you have to rip the lip all race because you can't really stick the bottom or the middle because it goes away quickly. Awesome job man and thanks to 100% Hunter!

Great video that brings back memories of the 70's. I ran my Sesco Grant King midget in a USAC split show with the sprints. Hard slickey, cushion about 0 to 6" off the wall. I pounded it in 1, coming out of 2, into 3 but 4 was armco. We had a ton more banking back then. Keep standing on the gas!

I used to race hunterpercent way back in our jr sprint days......damn that was a good lil while ago, he was great back then as well in case ya was wondering :) got where he is at today off of skill and not cuz of money

Good stuff, you didn’t mention where you finished! Race Monitor said fifth. Midgets were not designed for a high banked half mile! I saw 112 +/- mph with your very cool telemetry, hard to run a midget smooth at those speeds and backing in is not gonna happen if you want to go fast! Awesome job and still some of the biggest balls in the pit! Rico rocked too!😊

Curious as to the difference in lap time from the midgets compared to the wings, also, Why was the field size so Dang small for the midgets? Is the 4 Crown just not a big deal for them anymore?

@@tmezTv Track Records- 410 Wing 12.5, LM 14.7, Non-Wing 410- 14.7, Silver Crown- 15.3 Midget 15.8, Modified 16.4. One thing to keep in mind is the non wing, silver crown, and midget track records were recorded before electronic timing and scoring. Considering it's been 15+ years since those records were established you got to figure those times are a little fast. The cars haven't gotten slower.

Thomas, Rate this place as far as speed goes for the places you have run you would. Terra Haute, Williams Groove, Calistoga, etc. Place looks hella fast for sure.

I was on life support for 2 weeks, almost didn’t make it. 24 broken bones, crushed pelvis, they drilled a big hole in my skull, and I think I have more metal than bone in my legs nowadays! I watched your channel (every video) while I was in the hospital for 2 months. I had a big halo (big steel bar that’s drilled into my hips and it goes in a circle around my body to keep it all secure while it healed up from surgery) and it prevented me from moving in bed. I had to lay flat on my back for 62 days straight with no rolling over at all! Your channel kept me going man! I love your positive attitude! I’ve rooted for you for a while but I’m a big fan now that I can watch every race from your channel. Keep up the great work!
