How do you guys feel about Broodscale Combo after bannings??

Why not Karn though? You can pull the 4th Blade or ballista in the SB and Karn at least turns off opponent's equip blade and ballista. You can pull stuff like against control to get the combo through. It's good against Belcher. I started testing it and it feels great.

@@seansoper4448 KGC is definitely on my list of things to try! I've seen the successful lists with him. I think after bannings he will be even better with Belcher and the mirror being more of a thing probably. Glad you're having success :)

Haven’t watched the whole video yet and maybe I missed something but what exactly does locket do here? Is it just mana generation or does it combo with something?

I got over it briefly at 0:30 - it's more a synergy piece to make the combo cost less. Just having fun messing with new ideas.

Gotcha. Have played Devoted Druid since the printing of Vizier and still am lol. Had no idea Locket existed. Seems interesting. Maybe I’ll mess around with it. Thanks for the vid.

locket seems good for decks that draw many cards.. broodscale does not. maybe one of could be a thing. sometimes enables combo from hand, but often that artifact could be a combo piece anyways.. locket comes in play and does nothing, unless you get it with saga and have combo in hand.

Yeah I agree - that’s sort of how it played out during the games, but in theory I wanted to go hard on the potential synergies for testing purposes. I have more ideas to test with coming shortly though. Thanks for your insight!

why not use agathas cauldron? much better

Cauldron is on my list to try! It also adds to that graveyard synergy, but wanted to try this brew first :) If KGC becomes more popular, cauldron may become a liability though.
