Great review. I wasn't planning on buying this expansion since they all have been samey recently. But I'll have to pick this up now. I like how the disaster mechanic will always be a part of the game now. My friends will probably make me remove it the first time they die from a city being devastated :)

Thank you. :) I actually don't mind the more bland expansions because it's still adding more cards to all the deck piles, and I certainly enjoy just adding more and making the game bigger. Hope you and your friends enjoy the expansion as much as I have.

hi thinking of getting eldritch horror and some expansions in what order do you recommend getting

Get Forsaken Lore first. It just gives more of everything to make the decks bigger! Then follow up with Cities in Ruin, followed by as many small box and big box expansions as possible. I have everything and don't regret it. :)
