Once the main part of the quilt is sewn together, the stars along the edge are completed with a frame and border. Machine quilting and a binding finish this star studded quilt.

@@DipsyDoodleDaisy I do, too! I did her All Stars Quilt Mystery Quilt years ago, got everything done right up to the feathered star in the middle. It's been sitting all this time, but this month, I finished it and I'm so proud of it! I have a bucket of QIAD rulers and templates, too. :)

This is a great tutorial. What is the ribbon/sash Eleanor is wearing? Not an American so I don’t recognise the significance.
