Took me 3 hrs to stop, write, research and play video, Good info has created SME check list and got 2-3 new points to check Promoter relatives salary and contribution to business, this it self show ethic of promoter, Secondly, if Promoter has team of CA,CFA, IIT they can also manage risk and compliance for growing companies. @Vivek you can create AIF you have 1M followers, with your knowledge, Contacts and followers it should do well.
