I study aus politics at University and within my research, I deduced what is needed for the transparency and accountability of government to the australian people is constitutional enshrinement of the Uluru statement of the heart and an independent curruption commitee with teeth. Giving a voice to the people who are the heart of the land and thus will fight for accountability within parliament and ensure climate change improvement through land reclaimation and restoration. I have been waiting for this to be discussed and honestly this just won my vote. I will still be adressing the indiginous party policies however, i am feeling a lot better about preferencing Labor. Thank you for leading with this integral issue Rudd.

If labour does win, it will be hobbled with the trillion dollar debt. It will be attacked at every move by the coalition because that is all they know and if they don't get their own way they could always get the GG to sack the PM. Labour also needs to get its own house and unions in order. Australia desperately needs a new direction.
