Do you, as a reasonable human being with brains in your skull, think that it is proper to print ballot papers for an election when you do not know the final figure with regards to the number of registered voters. What then will be the basis for the number of ballot papers plus the five percent allowed extras? Some of you dunderheads are making some of us think that you have no brains in your heads.
