Ours sat over 60 days when we listed back in May in Sommers Bend on Everview Terrace and went 50k under asking sadly, we experienced this months ago.

Sorry to hear you had to reduce your price for your home sale in Sommers Bend. May was a much busier time for home sales in Temecula. It would likely have been even harder to sell now. We need some help with the interest rates! Where did you end up moving to?

@@moving2murrieta We left to Arizona :) I see homes with our specs reselling now for over 900k now on streets with no view like everview. Oh well win some lose some

Lets be real, the prices of homes in CA coupled with the interest rate is unsustainable.

These homes should never cost this much. They act like it’s Orange County 5 minutes away from the beaches

Don't worry Trump will make a couple of phone calls and fix it!

Sellers are slowly starting to come back to Earth. Even now in Las Vegas you’ll see some clown that bought a house for $500k two years ago and now asking $1.8M. Who are these people? Lol

@@mikeshafer Ah yes, we’ve seen a lot “shoot for the moon” pricing around here too
