Mercantile Capitalist want to hedge their bets and pay for access. A16Z plays both sides. Spineless but effective in a narrow sense.

How could you not support a politician who attempted the only insurrection in American history and who a court has found to have committed sexual assault?

how could you not support a politician who is against free speech, against gun rights, leaves the border completely open with no screening measures for who is allowed to enter and is part of an administration that has let the world fall into chaos with huge spikes in inflation and wars popping up all over the world? 😆

I wonder how these moves are considered as divisions when it seems over 90% of silicon valley, US billionaires, Big Tech and employees, and CEOs of top firms overwhelmingly support Harris and Democrats and only a few in silicon valley recently broke ranks to support Trump and Republicans. These recent guys like Elon have always voted Democrats, but just changed to Republicans recently and all hell breaks lose in silicon valley and the corporate world. Please can we have more diversity and inclusion on political opinions and support in silicon valley and the corporate world? Too much concentration of support for Democrats in corporate America and Big and little Tech does not seem healthy for democracy. Thanks
