However, though some may say this is relative, one cannot argue that Black plight is very prominent and much more egregious in modern society. Consider this also, the time period in which he made these financial moves. Black minorities were much more higher in population, forefront of civil rights, and we're always in the "American eye". Either that be negative or positive. This does not negate that Hispanics were not achieving or experiences similar issues.
