You know very little about the Swiss banks. They will always disclose the details to a court (under jurisdiction). Govt of India has rarely approached the Swiss courts. American citizens do not have any accounts in Swiss Banks numbered accounts (only numbered accounts are confidential except under a court order). US companies keep their money in tax havens where the tax is very low.

During CJI Bobde's term, who was a known Government bootlicker, a petition to bring PM-Cares under CAG audit failed in SC in 2020 as a three-judge bench comprising of 2 judges from Gujarat. I think a petition should be filed to bring it under RTI and question the legality of it as it cannot be a private fund when Government resources were used promoting it and it being outside RTI means it is similar to Electoral Bond.
