I need to fix mine. Some pads of the sequencer are bad. If you change the vacum tubes to JJ eletronics you cam turn de drive to max an get an amazing sound.

Fantastic set. I actually have one of these, I never got it so sound like that though. Too many bloody synths! Too much gear really does stop you getting to know something this well. You’ve inspired me to grab it out of storage. I have to say. The drums sound really really gooD!

@@AepoK-best advice ever !!!! I bought too many until I found my perfect unit - the Korg Volca sampler 2 plus a mini Kaos pad for effects-- I literally can create immediately - no menu diving…. Once I get comfy with this Volca I will upgrade to electribe unit- I ❤❤❤❤❤❤ Korg for ability to plug and olay immediately … I have teenage engineering , Novation, Arturia units but Korg gets my brain

Hello :) Thanks for the question :) In general I pair (chaining all effect) a reverb1 with a delay2 and a compressor3 (note that the compressor of this instrument is not crazy either, and that it has a big "hiss" when recording ^ ^) Little tip: you can also send some percussion to output 3/4 in "right" panning. Then you connect a jack from output 4 to audio in, you program a synth part to "audio in" and you put a long note on the entire synth :) This way you have your percussion on a synth part, which allows you to filter or modulate your percussion ;p I hope i answered your question ;) See you ;)

Hi ! ;) No bad question here;) THX for your question! ;) This machine is a monophonic synth with 5 synth parts. For drums, the machine offers "samples" (waves = a picture of the machine) produced with the machine's synth. You can not import sampes into the machine, each sound is designed from the synths of the machine ^^ And frankly there's plenty to do! ^^ If you are looking for a sampler instead, the "ESX" is for you! Personally, I sample the EMX with my ESX, for example ^^ And then I couple the two at "midi";) Enjoy !! ;)

Спасение ! спасибо за ваш вопрос;) Красный - это «семплер», а синий - «синтезатор», они дополняют друг друга. Интерес к их приобретению сегодня заключается (отчасти) в их цвете звука из-за ламп (которые не обязательно можно найти на более современных машинах), кроме того, они вполне доступны и полны для новичка. Я, должно быть, играл с ней около восьми лет, и я наверняка не устану от нее очень долго ^^ Кроме того, я многому научился с ней, и это не помешало мне получить другую машину, более "сложную". или совмещать с другими цветами в дальнейшем;) Для начала, это беспроигрышная ставка ^^ Красный немного проще синего :) Спасибо за просмотр;)

@@AepoK- спасибо за ответ. Все хуже и хуже звук становится у современных аппаратов. И начинаешь взывать к настоящему теплому звучанию этих аппаратоа, так называемых Vintage synth. Сам живу в Эстонии и купить можно только на вторичке ebay и Reverb. И стоят они все дороже и дороже. У вас в России можно найти подешевле, но нужно ехать самому, а тут вся эта ситуация. Я слышал у них может глючить операционка. Вообще недавно просто прошляпил на единственном у нас доступном портале окидоки. Продавали один такой emx1sd, до сих пор корю себя за это и недорого. 250евро.🤤😔Нет слов. Спасибо за опыт.

Синий-это синтезатор,красный- сэмплер.синтезатор модулирует звук,всячески искажает и пропускает через различные фильтры, красный же имеет возможность записать любой семпл(звук извне) абсолютно любой,и работать с ним .в зависимости от поставленных задач оба аппарата призваны на эксперименты со звуком.

Thanks for your question! ;) The videos that I propose for the moment, including this one, are only made with a single machine and only patterns composed by me from A to Z ^^ The goal is also to show that with little means we can concretize some interesting things ;) This is also why I only go out with 2 stereo outputs ^^ the rendering is necessarily less rich than with a pc support or with several outputs. Hi, thx for comment ;) by compressing the kick with the bass (and the HH sometimes ;)) you can try with: effect 1 delay, effect 2 reverb, effect 3 compressor. the three “linked” effects. you put the HH on “send effect 1”, the bass (or lead) on “send effect 2” and the kick on “send effect3”. after you fiddle with the effects and levels a bit, it should work (for a sidechain) seeya

^^ delay reverb compresseur ^^ par exemple :). Apres c'est surtout accorder les notes, bien regler les niveaux de chaque partie, moduler , filtrer correctement, essayer d'etre le plus simple possible mais precis ^^ tu peux largement faire un kick/bass qui deglingue avec trois parties uniquement. Le but c'est d'essayer d'en mettre le moins possible ^^ (Comme ça, Quand t'as tout rempli, bah c'est bien pleins xD) Merci pour ton commentaire, et pour le visionnage ! ;)

Magnifique ! Joli travail sur les drums les sons d'ambiance, dosage de reverbs/delays et les basslines acid ! Pour avoir eu l'emx quelques temps, on sent une grosse maîtrise de la bête ! Tu as peut être moyen de travailler encore les drops ou de créer un arrangement moins progressif/ plus structuré, mais je suis pas critique d'art, c'est de la bonne techno !

En tout ça ça sonne vraiment bien, bravo pour la qualité que tu tires de la boîte, c'est pas facile de gérer les niveaux sur cette machine...

@@barbeverte5632 Alors sur l'EMX il y a un truc qui marche bien : Vu que ce ne sont pas des 'samples' mais des 'waves', tu peux créer un groupe de percu 'drop' que tu envoies sur la sortie 'right 4' de ton emx, avec la panoramique sur right a fond . Et là, tu connectes cette sortie (la 4) à ton 'audio in'(avec un jack !). Du coup ça te donnes la possibilité d'envoyer ton groupe de percu vers une partie synth (en audio in) ^^ Et voilà, tu obtient un groupe de percu pour drop sur un synthé : D EEhaa ! ; P (penses bien à programmer une note sur toute la longueur de meusure si tu veux que ça joue ;p)

Salut Martha ;) Desolé de ne répondre que maintenant -.- Je pense que ça doit être du synthé 2 dont tu parles (?), je pense que c'est une mélodie avec un "unison " en "saw" , tu le filtres correctement avec un "cutoff" fermé et un "resonnance" fermé aussi, ensuite tu modules en "tri+" "1/16" avec un "depht" par trop fort. Et tout ça tu l'envoies sur une reverb +compressor J'espere que ça t'aidera ;)

^^ well done ^^ it's a '' special skill '' ^^ Basically you can send a group of parts to the voice '' 4 '' for example, then you output the signal to the audio in; ) and you create a '' synth '' part that plays the audio in. So it allows you to get a group of percussions that you can filter or modulate like a synth ;p
