No, that doesn't make a "nice quality mp3". KZbin has pretty horrible encoding settings, even for the 720p video (192Kbps AAC with an 18.5KHz frequency cutoff), and this compression is worsened when it's converted again to MP3. The best thing you can do is download the original video from Nicovideo and demux the audio yourself, or even convert it to mp3 yourself. Just don't do it with the KZbin version.

Still no. Nicosound's encoder is worse than converting it yourself. For one, their encoder is based on the video's original audio bitrate. So if the video on nicovideo was encoded using 160Kbps AAC, it will create a 160Kbps MP3. This isn't a good thing from a quality perspective. They also encode their mp3s with a cutoff. This song came out in like 2008. The original song was sung by Hatsune Miku.... ._.) Because Rin and Len sung it wasn't the whole reason the song got popular... In fact that version was a redux of the original... So therefor it isn't an original official song.
