First off,is that big battery on the frame removeable? That has been the only thing that’s been preventing me from going ahead on my exploration of this unit! I’ve been handi-capable since a motorcycle accident back on June 23,1983.In this wreck I wasn’t expected to survive,let alone walk or talk! Well I’ve done the impossible,but still I don’t have balance;Requiring a Trike? It really didn’t take me long to find your product,It was the only vehicle I could find with a left hand throttle? And it was black,My favorite color! But as I went along,things really fit the bill. All I need is some additional information on your product,I’ve even thought of starting a small service where I live;Taking orders from other residents for things from businesses locally? I’d use this as incentive to get my legs moving again,as they’ve somewhat shut down over the past few years;At first I’d had plenty of broken bones,but the worst injury I suffered had been a T.B.I.( Traumatic-Brain-Injury ) pl

Interesting. I'm looking for a Etrike that I can tow a 16 foot kayak down the road and then onto trails to local lakes. A quad would be best but cannot go on the roads. An Ebike is too unstable. I live in the mountains so a front hub motor would be useless. I'd lose the rack and put the bow of the boat on the frame on a foam mat. I have kayak wheels adapted from a bicycle trailer. The differential is great as derailers hang too low for some trails. And over 1400 watts when occasionally needed is excellent. I might carry a flexible solar panel to add some juice while it sits might be an idea. ...off to the Electric Bike Technology website...

Could you please add a section of your web site where you list all of the e-bike models made in the USA? Maybe you could also do the same thing for Canada. I would also be interested in which e-bike companies are American, Canadian, British, German, Dutch, Chinese, etc. I prefer to support local companies and local manufacturing.
@gthomas152295 жыл бұрын
I totally agree. There are a few companies that are located in America that are not manufacturers but import Chinese products to distribute. I have also discovered that some so-called manufacturers are importing Chinese frames, motors, tires and wheels, etc. and just assembling the parts. I have been able to find a couple that are making frames but I don't remember who they are.

Nothing was binding, all tires were pumped up. I never got an explanation from the seller/manufacturer o ly that it was me and how I assembled it. I've been a cyclist all my life and do all my own repairs. Very disappointed in it. And it was meant to handle people up to 130kg. It was just rubbish but the design was pretty standard

I just bought a Daywins MG 1703. Ironically, daywins has a review of mine but showing this same video! But I will say that these trikes are ONLY for LEVEL flat ground. The path shown may be but a crowned or slightly slanted dirt road will have heading to the ditch and you can't control it back! I am disqualified from returning because I destroyed the box and I used the bike, however, briefly. I will not even foist it off on someone for free. The design of the straight axle trike without camber and toe in is likely the main fault. Burn baby burn. Future youtube video of the event.

@gthomas152295 жыл бұрын
Seriously? I want to know why so many ebikes have the added expense of gears. If you want to shift gears then buy a pedal bicycle. The derailment gears just add more maintenance which is difficult for handicapped people. I really think that the chain should be replaced with the Gates belt for no maintenance. Let the electric motor control speed and use the pedals for exercise.

Buyer beware! All States in the USA have two major limits on E-bikes. A Motor of no more that 750 watts and top speed 20mph. Technically this is considered a MoPed at 1,000 watts, which requires registration, license plate and insurance. E-bikes require none of this crap. If you do not do these things you cannot ride it on public roads or bike trails legally. Yes, if you own you own forest and have trails on it you CAN ride on it own personal property without registration, plates and insurance at your own risk.
