The battery didn't ran out, you engaged the brakes. On Electric Bike when you engage brakes it cuts off the current. The throttle delay is because of settings, you can change it with the controller if it's programmable.b

80-90 kms depends on the terrain and style Of riding .

And if u take off the governor switch going 40-50km probably 60km range 70 if your lucky but it will get slower once the battery drains
