I did get introduced to Electric Callboy by audio only. My first was We Got the Moves, on SiriusXM Octane. It was only mid last year and I had never seen a video pop up on KZbin. I fell in love right off the bat. I'm a huge metal and dance/techno fan and have been for a few decades now.

And they also dubbed it into german themselves which made it even more funny^^ I mean, it was them. Barely speaking german and they decided to dub it into german by themselves! And still to this day i think the german version is better than any other international version beside the original. But hey, they live next to us, talk in a funny way and have the same friggin culture as every northern german has^^
