Isn't 350w motor illegal to ride in the UK public areas?

There’s plenty of bikes and scooters with motors bigger than 250W. Even some higher ones selling in Halfords. The legislation is very vague and hard to enforce. As long as you’re staying under 15.5mph and don’t ride like an animal, then I think it’s fine. There is also talks of the limit going up to 500W

I also bought it 2 weeks ago. Powerful enough to ride with my partner at the back and cruising from brighton pier to saldean. xD

Up over the South Downs works too. Maybe not with the partner on the back though 😂
