This is genius, those upgraded controllers are amazing. It totally changes the capabilities of the motor and battery. Honestly you can grab a stock Surron and could only upgrade the controller and be set. They make amazing products.

Nice one... I'm glad some people go electric, seems to be so much fun. I'm going to build an electric, but with a lot more tech involved, it is still in Fusion 360 but I do have some leftover parts kicking about I can use. It will be heavy so I'll go with some titanium and carbon fibre.

Could toss on a 72v lipo setup and pull some retardo amps. Bet it would wake it up a ton!

This thing has no business waking up lol. It's a legit death trap over 60. 😂

If you want to maximize your power output here, you need to split the energy to the front wheels, the back wheels are in constant drift mode on Sport settings, dispersing the power would allow for better traction while being able to actually apply it to moving forward, best bet is a axle gear system connecting both axles to the motor simultaneously or if your feeling creative a simple chain system of your own to connect them, or possibly just adding another motor to the front to give it that extra power you mentioned maybe adding

I definitely don't want to add any more power to this death trap. lol

Cool. I like that you're moving the CG forward, too. You make it look easy. Looks like it's going to be fast, too. Hey, what happened to the AMILCAR nameplate off the front? It took me a whole day to make that. 😉

@@JackCecil the EV Dragster builders from about 20 years ago loved the motors from an ukrainian forklift company if I remember correctly. They overclocked it many times over... and put it in smaller cars. 😉

Hi Jack, how much does it cost to build or buy one of those motorizes cycle karts?
@JackCecil9 ай бұрын
It all depends on your ability and parts you use. They are all different. But i would plan to spend 2-3k.
