welcome to my review for the gooseneck kettle by doctor hetzner
i must say its a lot different to any kettle ive owned before
and quite unique in style with its gooseneck spout and lcd screen.
the full design of the kettle is to help you brew that perfect tasting
cup of tea or coffee at different temperature levels without burning
the leaves or beans.i found when using it for the very first time its
better to pull the kettle slowly back when finishing pouring rather than
too fast or you will end up spilling it like i did as you will see in my vide
the build quality of the kettle is extremely well made from food grade
stainless steel with a temperature controlled base and has an easy to grip
heat resistant handle.the kettle has a 1.2 litre capacity with
a great added feature of being able to keep the water hot for up to an hour without
the need to reboil
the instruction manual is very easy to understand and i figured all the kettle
settings in no time overall im completely happy with my purchase,

Danke für das Video. Wenn ich meinen auf das Dock stelle, piept er 3x und zeigt 100 an. Die Knöpfe reagieren nicht mehr. Hat jemand ne idee?

you experienced the same thing we did. the directions are vague when powering it up. and it will spill on the counter if you don't tilt when lifting it upward

Little voice might break the boredom. Pouring a bit sloppy. Also doesn't demonstrate pour cccuracy when making fourover cofffee, for example. When lifting it off the base (to pour water)it does default back to 212F. This is a drawback. Flimsy cover.

I just got this kettle. It's pretty nice for the price. Is there any way to make it remember (or store) a preferred temp setting? I typically set it to 170, but when I lift it off the base (to pour water), the next time I use it, it defaults back to 212F. Kinda a pain to have to change the temp setting every time.
