Steamed Garoupa
Place spring onion and ginger slices in steaming tray, place fish on top and covered with the rest of spring onion and ginger slices.
Add one and half cups of water into the base of the electric lunch box
Steam the garoupa on the upper rack, it should be cooked in 20 minutes, after steaming, removed all the spring onion and ginger slices and drain the water away from the tray.
In a pan, add about two tablespoons of dark soya sauce and half rice bowl of water and add one teaspoon of suger to it. After boiling, pour over cooked fish.
Cauliflower
Boil cauliflower till soft but not mushy. Stir fry some minced garlic and add shredded carrots and cauliflower. Add curry seasoning (from instant noodles packet) to the cauliflower. Stir fry and add water if necessary.
Tomatoes omelette
Beat three eggs and cooked over pan till 80% cooked (runny), set aside
Add white part of spring onion and tomatoes, stir fry them together
Add 1/2 cup of water, one tablespoon of ketchup, few drops of sesame oil and half teaspoon of sugar
Stir fry together till cooked and add the eggs back and mix evenly. Serve hot
