Hello friend, your videos are very interesting. See that there is no need to calibrate the machine every time you do not measure a new rotor for balancing! The level is very important when assembling the pieces!! The weight of plasticine is different from metal. it is better to take the measurement and find the weight and place it on the template. Why are you putting a putty mass in a keyway, and do you take off putt mass after balancing. And what if you don't add that mass at the beginning of balancing.. thank am actually learning

Hi, thank you for watching and commenting. I am glad that you are finding my video informative. The putty in the keyway is to replace the removed material through machining. The density of this putty is not exact, but close enough to that of the steel. Some people put in a half key in the keyway. The putty mass in the keyway is not calculated in, only that used on the object being balanced during calibration. The mass when calibrating before balancing is important and must be added. That in the keyway is not a necessity, it just means that your balanced item will be more out of balance when a key is fitted on completion. Thanks. Tke care. 👍

Hi.It is the same steps when balancing a double plane object. If you go to my other videos then you will see step by step double plane balancing of a vacuum element.It is the same procedure taken. I hope it helps. Take care.
