At this point, I’ve literally seen ALL motorcycle conversions, and I can count it on one hand, how many of them was a “clean” conversion and not some ghetto work. Your conversion is on my counting hand, it’s beautiful work! No unnecessary welding or any ugly modification, using most of the donor. My only criticism is the gear reductor, it’s loud af. I believe your goal was torque and I’m sure it delivers the promise, I hope you’ll have many more rounds around both the Sun and the Equator! :)

Most of the sound is from the chain most likely. There isn't much you can do about that unfortunately. Belt drives are dead silent though.

Have you considered doing a BMW K Bike, like a K75 or K100? They seem like they would be a good size and existing shape for batteries. Plus, lots of people modifying them.

Bro can we also have gear box fitted with electric motor , well I know electric motor don't need gearbox but with the help of gearbox we can also have even more torque for the start and higher top speed then we can also achieve all that with less powerful motor and can also get more range

(If on 72352 controller use larger values, if using 72252 use smaller values) Maximum phase current 320a (or 280a) Motor start-up current 135a (or 110a) Average current 135a (110a) Acceleration 1200 Deceleration 800-1200 (find your own sweet spot) Start enhance enabled, auto, 10, 5 Hopefully that helps! I Dimitry maybe you have time and an idea. I have an electric motorcycle also china with the designation e odin. It is a 6 KW motor installed a 72V 130Ah battery and a Nanjing Fardrive where the manufacturer has registered his own name. The Fardrive works with 72V120A line current 150A, phase current 330A. I can't get faster than about 90 km/h with my E odin after a long stretch of 0-50 km/h I need 5.5-6 seconds. Unfortunately, the Fardrive data does not match because the motor was entered with 2.7 KW, which is not correct. If you could take a look at my parameters, who might well have an idea of what I can do. To get more acceleration and max speed

Бо мені хотілось придбати з нормальною ходовою, але не на ходу і переобладнати до 3000Вт, що б не зв'язуватись з паперовою волокітою. Ви не в курсі, чи то так до 3000Вт? До речі, бортові 12В на скільки Ампер повинен бути перетворювач? 20А достатньо?
