⚡️ Electric Rippin ⚡️| Stark VARG at 80 Horsepower

Colorado Springs Powersports had some Stark VARGs out at RAM so you know we had to take one for a spin! I was blown away by how good it was. Mode 5 is insane and being able to switch modes on the fly is really rad. I could have rode this way more but had to get it back so other people could have a turn. It's going to be wild to see where the electric market goes from here!

I go to ride one with hand brakes only. OMG, my feet always on the pegs made me so much faster. Felt like I was glued to the bike. Not once did my feet fall off a peg. Standing in corners became like second nature. You don't have to think about it just do it. You need to try hand brakes only on the Varg.

I'd love to! I mean handbrakes on the mountain bike is natural. Might take some getting used to on a dirtbike, but that would be sick

Mode 5 if you sneeze it flys to the roof of the trailer as you watch it sail away before you hit the dirt LOL! They're nice for races but you can't ride it for hours when you can I'm in! I'm with you no way I'd trade the 450 for it..

lmao! You're not wrong about that. It could EASILY jump out of your hands. Yeah as they make advancements with battery life these things are going to be very viable. I love new tech but for now, my 450 is where I wanna be!

I really want to try one. How did it feel with the engine braking, or lack of it? Ive heard that part is adjustable on those. How did it feel to jump it? Did it wanna nose dive or go nose high? Brake taps and throttle have more or less effect on pitch than a normal bike? Also, super sketchy that those dont have a clutch to me haha, there’s no gear to tap out on on those things, so a whiskey could turn into a top speed runaway 😬

Sheesh i need you there with me to tell me what to talk about in the video haha. I honestly didn't think twice about engine brake or lack thereof. Not like when i'd go from my Kawi to the YZ125 and blow the first corner because it didn't engine brake. Honestly so much of this i'll be straight up, felt just like my 450F. I didn't go as far as adjusting any engine braking so I can't speak to that. Jumping felt totally normal and natural. From the first jump it felt fine in the air, it was just the lack of noise and engine vibration giving you feedback to your speed that was weird to get used to. It flew really well, maybe slightly nose low, which leads into I never did a mid-air brake tap. Never felt like I needed to drop the noise! I guess with no noise the brake tap also felt weird since I'm so used to pulling in the clutch and tapping the brake, just hitting the brake and having no noise would be weird since if you brake tap on an engine powered bike and it goes silent... that's not good lol. However, the panic rev definitely had more effect. I guess due to the insane torque especially in modes 4 and 5, the front end would jump up mid air when you blipped it. Felt really good how responsive it was. No clutch was weird in that I felt I was death gripping the left grip because my WHOLE hand was on it, not my index extended and resting on the clutch! A whisky throttle on this bike would for sure NOT go well haha
