Dear Professor Biezen, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your revolutionary pedagogy. You teach students how to think, what are the type of questions they should ask themselves when tackling a problem. What are the links between different subjects such as mathematics and physics. What are the meanings of these numbers they plug into formulas and what are the meaning of the answers they get.The old, useless and frankly lazy method of teaching that claims that it should be the student's responsibility to figure these questions at such elementary ( courses in undergrad level) level is either conivingly misleading or mindlessly thoughtless. If one follows your videos by the end of the course he/she can become a critical thinker and not merely someone who plugs numbers into formulas and hopes for the best.Thank you again for creating thinkers not mere calculators.

Wow. Thank you for you comment, I really appreciate it. The videos are the culmination of decades of work trying to figure out how to present the material so that the students can understand the concepts, see the logical progression and linkage of the various materials and learn the problem solving skills they will need in the future. By your account, I am getting closer to accomplishing that. Again, thank you for the encouragement.

Professor i don't know if i misunderstood or you missed something. For the first KVL equation are you not suppose to factor the other dependent voltage source as well? You only used one.
