I watch your videos because it does'nt matter if your in America or England Bikes are all the same. I apply your tips when I work on my bike. Nice one thanks. Now lets see a vid of your riding

Add a fuse to the positive connection. The fuse should be closest to the power source.

Thanks. To unbolt the tank, you'll have to remove the 2 bolts up front, then remove the seat. You should then be able to lift it up easily. The hoses should not get in the way.

Hi! Thank you for the tips. I have a ninja 250 and I went on my first ride of the season. Within 5 minutes the tachometer started going crazy and eventually the bike stalled and broke down, I wasn't able to start it again. Someone at a garage checked my battery and said it was fine but suggested I check the grounding wire to see if it's loose. I'm wondering if you could help me figure out where the ground wire is and how I can tighten it down. Thank you!

Thanks. 1. One black wire connects to chassis ground. The other black wire connects to the relay. The reason why I did this is the front of the bike does not have a suitable chassis ground. 2. I'm not sure about what mine is rated for. The ones you found on ebay is sufficient for a project like this unless you're planning on pulling more than 15 amps.

That's an interesting approach. I haven't seen it done that way with a battery before. I'll post a comment on your video.

Great tips. I just got a 2009 Ninja 500R. It hasn’t been run in a few years, so I’m taking one issue at a time. I have it started but no headlight. The bulb is good, the connector is good, the ground is fine and the hi / low switch seems fine. When I turn the key all the other lights come on but no headlight. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Wow! I was actually just thinking of adding a distribution block to my bike as well! I was gonna use Kulka blocks also, however one for + and one for -. The battery screw is just not long enough to accommodate more than 2 ring terminals each.... smh

I love you "how to" vid's, But i dont seem to have a brain for thi sort electrical work hehe. Great idea for the aux sock, I run a GPS, but its connected stright to the battery using a ebay bought item, seems to work well. Keep'em coming!

Hi. I got a bluefire alarm system to install in my bike. And I was checking the videos and is saying to get a resistor to setup the anti-highjack system. Do you know which resistor should I buy for my bike 2014 ninja 650r? Thanks.

I get this at my electronics store. Ebay should sell them too, try searching terminal block instead.

Great tut on electrical! I recently installed an LED kit on my bike, but with a twist. My leds can be powered by either the bike battery or a battery pack. Only difference now is I just changed my battery pack in the video with a rechargable rc battery pack. Check it out, I would like to hear your thoughts on it. :-)

It could be a problem with your banjo bolt and fitting or your seals have deteriorated. I'll put this on my to-do list, don't hold your breath though as it may take me a while to get to it.

I love your videos bro simply because I have the same bike. I got an unrelated question. How do you unhook your tank? I tired doing it but There are 2 hoses close to the front that I can not take of because I feel like Im gonna tear them. Do you need to empty out the tank first? Or how do you do it? Is there a video on it? Thanks.

You shouldn't solder cables in any vehicle, this was a lesson learnt from the aerospace industry, due to vibrations the solder cracks and creates a break quicker.

Im using the distribution block diagram from canyonchasres, is your set up the same? If not could you tell me what you would change? My wire running from (relay) pin 30 to the + side of the block is causing my fused wire from pin 87 to + bat. to blow. Plan is to run HIDs,DEVIL EYES, LEDs and I'm using 2 toggle switches.

Hi guys i was having trouble with my ninja 250r 2009 model i was riding home one day after heavy rain which has ended when i was riding but the bike got soaked and suddenly my motorcycle just switched off engine cut off and electrical all died. i moved the motorcycle and checked fuses and my 10A ignition fuse has blown so i replaced it and it started and ran for awhile but then it died again then got it towed home!! My brother took apart the bike the next day and couldn't find any exposed or wires that rubbed anywhere and cleaned the whole ignition wiring. Started the bike up ran perfectly then 10 minutes later the fuse blew again any suggestions or anyone know how to solve this problem??? Thanks!!!
