I have a question, on my sma inverter only my blue light will stay on. The green light stay off completely will not show? Any tip on why would my green light stay off? Thanks

Is the blue wire a coms wire?

If you grid tie, yes. Off grid, no.

Go to there website or call them about net metering. They should be able tell you all the steps you need for them.

Killing AC first will mean the dc shutoff will be zero current. The DC switch has limited life.

I have had no issues at all and it will still pull from the DC side for the built in WIFI.... You should not have to turn off the DC ever unless you have a problem anyway.
