I've watched about 10 of your videos so far. I just want to say Thank You for the good info. You cut right to the chase, explain the functions, and what to look for in a simple, quick manner.

What to check if there is a pressure in coolant reservoir, is head gasket or something can cause this, because when my engine is cold in 2 nd gear it suffocates the engine when i press gas pedal and also have alot of pressure in coolant reservoir when engine is warm

Is it normal to see some oil on PVC connector?

What's the point of this video unless you took the pcv valve out and inspected it?

Just ordered, Cruze, engine oil cooler and Rocker Cover, with integrated PCV valve, figured with 169,000km on the clock faulty PVC Valve, probable cause of oil cooler leakage, which makes a mess and non functional engine

That is the pcv on a naturally aspirated motor, the more common version (the 1.4 turbo) is an ENTIRELY different system... actually much so that you need to change the entire intake manifold and valve cover on them. Also if i recall correctly the valve covers on these also have a diaphragm that can go bad and make it seem like the pcv valve is bad. But i cant remember for sure as most of my expertise is with the turbo model, as that is the one i own.

Yeah on the 1.4, it's typically the pcv valve in the intake that causes the valve cover to shit the bed. It can also wipe out crank and//or can seals.

@@anthonyjulson8840 yup, but that's a very noticable sound most time. A chirp that will go away with dipstick lifted.

If you watched the video and listened, you'd hear him talk about that.

Had a bad pcv valve on my 1.6l take the oil cap off while car is running. If it's blowing air out then it's bad. Sucking air in is good. That's what my mechanic told me anyway..
