power triangle is a graphical representation of the relationship between the different types of electrical power in an AC circuit. These types are:Apparent Power (S): Measured in volt-amperes (VA), this is the total power in the system, combining both the real and reactive power. It represents the total demand on the electrical system.Real Power (P): Measured in watts (W), this is the actual power consumed by the electrical devices to perform work, like lighting a bulb or running a motor.Reactive Power (Q): Measured in volt-amperes reactive (VAR), this power does no useful work but is necessary to maintain the voltage levels required for the system. It's associated with energy storage in inductors and capacitors.
