Bro what is use of transformer contactor (tr)NC?i think that is not necessary in transformer contactor series. Actually this NC working as a holding circuit, Without NC also circuit working properly, answer me

Ya .. it will work even without transformer contactor but T/R No gives some more time supply to main transformer contact. So chane over of motor from transformer to Main contact is smooth.

See breaking sequence of contactors... Its in milli seconds but matters.. first star contactor breaks.. than main contactor makes.. than transformer contactor breaks.. so at every point motor is connected with power supply. Now think of alternate way.. there you will find discontinued supply for duration of break of transformer contact and make of main contactor.
