Hi there just goty Ago T pleased with the smooth ride and the kit but the Bafang motor is quite whiny, is this normal ?

You guys have a great backdrop with that wood wall. Knotty pine wall? Tool chest.. nice area for viewing bikes initially. Great scenic outdoor areas. Good camera work . Great editing and well spoken commentary. Good testing areas throught reviews. You show a vast erray of bikes. Just some thrills and speed influx would get more attention.

I've been eyeing this bike for a while, but I wouldn't mind knowing if the cadance at 30km/h and how manages going at such speed. Also your opinions on hitting the max speed limit.

I found it pretty easy to reach that speed in PAS 1 and 2, In fact, I had to soft-pedal in the speed test to get a good reading of its different power levels.

I own a Tenways AGO T. I also have this assistance inconsistency issue. I think there's a firmware update from TW available. But I haven't been able to download it & install it. I'll see if a service center can help me on this one.

My husband bought an ebike to get to work and I'd like one now for pleasure. Can you recommend a few? They need to be touring type. I like to sit up, my elbows hurt after riding a bit on mountain bikes. I loved to Ago T. Would prefer a cuter color, but pearl white would be ok. Thanks.

In addition to the AGO T, you might want to consider the Aventon Pace 500.3, the Velotric Discover 2, the Euphree City Robin X+, or the Ride1Up Turris or 700 Series. Let us know which you decide to go with!

im looking at this bike to carry a toddler on the back (sub 20kg) live in city with some hills but mostly flat or small inclines. I dont want a cargo bike for one child. Do you think this (or the ago x) is a candidate? Based in Ireland, Europe

John here, I'd say the AGO T's cargo rack is likely too narrow for a child seat, but you may want to check with Tenways to see if there are any compatible accessories like that. The AGO X may be more suitable (still check with Tenways), but otherwise, I'd recommend finding a bike with an MIK-HD cargo rack that is guaranteed to work, such as the Velotric Discover 2.

the bike is nice but i prefer a different type of shifter rather than the turn ones. its just not convenient when your hands are wet or if you have sweaty hands during the summer.

We haven't had any issues with the Enviolo shifter, it's by far one of the grippiest we've seen.

70 pounds for a class 1 commuter is pretty bad as well

A good chunk of that 68lbs is due to not having a rear triangle in the frame. TBF, lots of other similar commuter e-bikes weigh about the same, but they missed an opportunity to have a weight advantage. Shame, as the belt drive and Enviolo CVT combo is great for commuting.

Not every bike (or rider) needs a 48V or higher system. This one feels pretty zippy as it is!
