Hi Tom, I work for WISKA. Re-enterable means that you can take it apart to access the connections. We do make a version called Replay which can be taken out and re used.

22:24 I remember dave on eevblog did a video on that, in electronics its called potting material and normal it hardens like a rock. reentry potting turns into a gel so it can be removed later or if you have say a potentiometer or other component that can adjusted you can just slide a tool through the potting material, make your adjustments, and pull the tool out and it should reseal itself
@JN.0_o2 жыл бұрын
Exactly, normal potting compound is a hard setting epoxy. The gel is re-enterable since you can scoop it out, make changes and put some fresh stuff in. Hard potted boxes just get cut off, binned and replaced.

Could it be that the Hager board wasn't designed to have an RCD as it's main switch, and that it's been retrofit to give blanket cover for all circuits?
@jacobkrogsgaardnilsson73672 жыл бұрын
The PIR colums we´ve had here in Denmark for a couple of years. When any one column senses motion the five closest around it go to 100% for a minute or so. Its really cool effect driving along the inner city roads at night and being lit up as you go. The columns are still the old ones, so it must be new heads been retrofitted with the new technology.

Hey Mr Nagy - I can recommend "bioglan throat clear lemon & honey" lozenges for your cough if you can get them, they take the tickle away and if you're like me, does a reasonable job of clearing sinuses.

Working in streetlighting I've always been intrigued by how those solar columns work. Do all the cables still drop down to the door and then back up to lantern or is everything wired at a higher level? Be great to see inside one next time you're there!

Love the idea of these LED street lamps that are gridless. I've seen what appears to be stand alone systems but a less sleek design. The only question is how northern can you place these in EU? Surely you need a minimum number of hours for overcast days but maybe these panels are exceptionally large for lamp's draw.

I had covid a while ago and got that annoying cough as well. Took what felt like an eternity to get rid of. It had turned into an automatic reaction when the throat got annoyed by essentially anything, and was sore because I kept coughing. A downward spiral there. Cough syrup and forcing myself to not react on the need for a cough eventually helped it. Not easy, so best of luck getting rid of it.

To be fair you probably don't need to hit the pole that hard to smash the bulb. I've seen a number of poles at places like festivals merely get shaken by people arnd stop working due to the light being damaged. I suspect it's mostly just amplification of th energy up the pole.
