Answer of 54:41 is 0.628 m. Let's verify this... Resistance = 10 ohm. Resistivity of the material = 50*10^-8 ohm metre. Radius = 0.01 cm. So, in order to get the area of cross section. We need to calculate the area of the circle from the cylinder. Radius in metre = (0.01/100)m = 0.0001 m. So, Area of the circle = π*r^2. =(3.14*0.0001*0.0001)m^2. =314*10^-10 m^2. Since, Resistance = (Resistivity of the material*Length of the conductor)/Cross sectional area of the conductor. R = (Rho*L)/A. Where, 10 ohm = (50*10^-8 ohm metre*L)/314*10^- m^2. 10 ohm = (5000 Rho*L)/314 m. (314 m*10 ohm)/5000Rho = L. (Equating left sides to right ) 314 m/500 = L 0.628m = L. Answer....
