Great work so far mate. What was the thickness of the aluminium vermin proof ? I like the double sided tape hack too. Very good idea, especially when you're doing it yourself too. Glad to see that you're also insulating. Not many people bother and later come to regret it when it becomes a hot sweat box. I'm planning to do the walls and roof. Thinking about going double on the roof with Bradford style Anticon. I'm thinking to go across first then side to side down the gables. How much was the kingspan insulation ? I was curious to see how you terminated it at the top. I'm guessing in the coming video when you do the roof, you'll probably overlap the roof insulation into the wall insulation ? The gap at the bottom is also a very good idea to stop wicking up of moisture etc. I'm dreading my build because there is so much fiddling around and sometimes I wish we had 5 arms, preferably two of them being extendable to lol...

The aluminium was 1.6mm, I can't post the drawing I did for it but the measurements are 40mm (the part nails to the slab) x 21mm drop x 17mm. The 17mm was a mistake, if i was doing it again I'd make it 25mm. The double sided tape was from Bunnings and specifically for insulation, the brand is Ametalin, $41 for a 50m roll. I got the Kingspan with the shed from Best Sheds, about $2000 from memory but I found Pricewise Insulation have awesome prices, that's who I got all my insulation for the house from. Hopefully the latest video explains how I terminate at the top, let me know if it doesn't. Don't dread it! It's good fun, strongly suggest getting about 6 quick release clamps (as those extra hands).
