People started cutting down trees to build houses and buildings. Most of the trees in the area I grew up in Surulere are GONE and replaced with houses now. Seun is right, we had Guava tree in our house that we used to pluck and eat anytime, my grandma had a MASSIVE apple tree that everyone in the area used to come to pick from and I dare say, it was a LOT, it could feed te entire neighbourhood. Its just sad
