I'm getting deja vu with your astro city. I also ordered two from China. Mine came in the exact same box, same wrapping-- and same problems with the monitor! I think we might have found Yaton's new venture. Still, once you get the traces fixed up, it's an undeniably exciting machine.

JCLgames is legit. Best customer service I’ve ever had and that’s no exaggeration. I have not ordered an Initial D from them but 2x Mario Karts, Jubeat, Astro City, and a Blast City. Dealing with them over two years. Buy with confidence.
