Electrified - A project from the Knowledge and Innovation Covenant (KIC)

The world’s industries consume huge amounts of energy. Drying processes account for up to 15% of energy consumption in the process industry. We therefore need to develop new innovative methods to save energy. Within the Electrified consortium, researchers together with companies are researching the use of electricity to fundamentally change water removal technologies to make them more energy efficient.
